In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing any part of the 99ad Platform — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any Game, or claiming any bonus — You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with 99ad's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If You do not agree to any provision of these Terms, You must immediately cease accessing and using the 99ad Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms as of the date of such amendment.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and 99ad. 99ad reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms at any time without prior individual notice, provided that material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
The 99ad Platform and all Games thereon are strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account or using the Platform, You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years old. 99ad operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds therein forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
99ad reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other acceptable proof of age and identity. Until verification is satisfactorily completed, 99ad may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain Platform features. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the 99ad Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 99ad makes no representation that the Platform is legally accessible in all territories. Users from Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to access the Platform. 99ad reserves the right to block access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.
Each User is permitted to maintain one (1) Account on the 99ad Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 99ad reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to void any bets or winnings associated with such Accounts.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number (including those registered with JazzCash or Easypaisa for payment purposes). You are obligated to update Your Account information promptly if any details change. 99ad is not liable for any losses arising from Your failure to maintain accurate Account details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. 99ad will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by You. You must notify 99ad immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 99ad accepts no liability for losses resulting from Your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
99ad currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard debit, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. All PKR transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. 99ad reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 (or equivalent in supported currency). 99ad does not charge a platform fee for standard JazzCash or Easypaisa deposits; however, third-party transaction fees imposed by payment providers are the User's responsibility.
Withdrawal requests to verified JazzCash or Easypaisa accounts are typically processed within one (1) business day, subject to successful identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. 99ad reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily extend processing times. Withdrawals cannot be processed to payment accounts that differ from those used for deposit without prior verification.
99ad is committed to preventing financial crime. All Users are subject to 99ad's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. 99ad reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding applicable thresholds. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illicit financial activity will result in immediate Account termination, reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of all funds.
All sports betting on 99ad is subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition, including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ODI, Test), UFC, boxing, football, and basketball. Market rules are displayed within the relevant betting interface. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific market rules, the specific market rules shall prevail in relation to the relevant bet.
All casino games, including live dealer titles (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger) and slot games, are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. 99ad game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game RTPs are published within the respective game information screens.
99ad reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical error, communication failure, software fault, or manifest error has materially affected the outcome or displayed odds. In such circumstances, stakes will be returned to the User's Account.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 99ad — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and PSL season promotions — are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each offer. Such offer-specific terms govern wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.
Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds in your Account wallet. Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be transferred to your withdrawable Balance. 99ad reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, and to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99ad Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
99ad reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated bets and winnings, and retain the Account Balance where permitted by applicable law and these Terms.
All content on the 99ad Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game assets, text, graphics, video streams, and interface design — is the proprietary property of 99ad or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 99ad.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99ad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. 99ad's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms and the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
99ad does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability. 99ad shall not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions provided reasonable efforts are made to restore service promptly.

99ad reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; failure to satisfy verification requirements; or where 99ad is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Upon termination for breach, 99ad may forfeit any Balance and Bonus Funds in the Account. In cases of termination not arising from User misconduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the User via the last verified withdrawal method.
99ad reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Users via a prominent notice on the Platform or via the registered contact method on file. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If You object to any amendment, Your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them or the 99ad Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 99ad is licensed and operated. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through 99ad's internal complaints process.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Users must submit a written complaint to 99ad via [email protected] and allow 99ad a period of thirty (30) calendar days to investigate and respond. 99ad will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.

Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Response times are typically within 24 hours for email enquiries. 99ad does not operate a telephone support line; all correspondence must be conducted in writing via email.
99ad enforces strict age verification. No person under 18 may hold an Account or participate in any Game on the Platform. Age verification is mandatory.
One Account per person. Duplicate Accounts are immediately closed and associated winnings voided. This rule protects the integrity of the Platform for all Users.
All 99ad bonus wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible games are disclosed at the point of offer. No hidden conditions are applied retrospectively.
Deposit limits, loss limits, session alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion are available to every 99ad Account holder, free of charge, at any time.
All PKR transactions via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, and other supported methods are processed securely. Anti-money laundering checks apply to all accounts.
These Terms are published in plain, readable English. 99ad does not bury key conditions in footnotes. Material changes are communicated to Users before taking effect.
